Help another community Grow & Protect.
You already know what it took to get your own systems into decent shape. Most organizations your size are still doing that alone, and the ones who need us most are rarely the ones who go looking.
If somebody comes to mind, a first name is enough. We will take it from there.
Who should we be helping?
One name is enough. A first name and a town will do if that is all you have to hand.
Thank you.
If they become a client, 25% comes off your next service and we will be in touch to set it up. Either way, we will let you know how it goes.
The 25%, in plain terms
No points, no tiers, no expiry date. One referral who becomes a paying client takes a quarter off one unit of whatever you buy from us.
Off your next service
If you buy project work rather than a retainer, the discount lands on the next thing you book with us, whatever that turns out to be.
Off your next month
If you are on a recurring arrangement, the following month is discounted. Nothing to claim and nothing to remember — it appears on the invoice.
They queue up
Five paying referrals means five months at 25%, or five services. Twenty-four means twenty-four. We have not put a ceiling on it, and we are not planning to.
You give us a name
Thirty seconds on the form above. A first name is enough to start.
We make contact
Directly if you have told them about us, otherwise through an introduction you forward.
They become a client
They engage us, pay, and pass the fifteen-day mark without asking for it back.
Your 25% applies
We confirm it in writing, and it comes off your next service or your next month.
The whole of the small print
- You must be a current or former client of Redefine Logic Media to earn a discount.
- The organization you refer has to become a paying client. A discovery call, a quote, or an enthusiastic conversation does not count, however encouraging it is.
- A referral is confirmed once they are fifteen days past their first payment with no refund requested. That window is our own policy, not a legal requirement, and it exists so a discount is never clawed back after you have been told you earned it.
- Discounts apply one per service, or one per month, in sequence. Four referrals is four separate 25% discounts across four invoices, rather than one larger discount on a single invoice.
- There is no limit on how many you can earn.
- We confirm every referral in writing, and we will tell you plainly if one does not qualify.
- The offer runs until we announce otherwise. Anything already earned is honoured regardless of when you choose to use it.
- Discounts are credit against our own fees. They cannot be exchanged for cash, and they do not apply to third-party costs we pass through at cost, such as licences or ad spend.
Nobody to name today? A review still does real work.
We have said it on nearly every page of this site: for an organization without an advertising budget, reviews decide the shortlist. Somebody comparing three providers reads the recent ones and stops there.
That applies to us as much as it applies to you. Two honest sentences about what we actually did are worth more than anything we could write about ourselves.
Leave a Google review →Opens Google directly. If something fell short of what you expected, we would rather hear it first — info@redefinemedia.ca, and we will put it right.
About the person you refer. We ask for a name first and contact details only if you confirm you have already mentioned us. If that box is left unticked, any contact details entered are discarded by our server rather than stored — we do not keep details of people who have not heard of us. When you do pass contact details on, we make one approach, we say who referred us, and we do not contact them again if they are not interested.
About your information. Referrals are stored on our own server and emailed to our team. No third-party form service is involved at any point. We record the IP address of the connection a referral is sent from in order to spot abuse, as described above the button. You can ask us to delete any of this at info@redefinemedia.ca and we will confirm once it is done.
A starting point, as always. Everything on this site is education drawn from our own experience and is a starting point for your own independent research, to be followed at your own risk. Our methodology and limitations statement sets out how we reach the positions we take, and our data governance guide explains how we think about where information lives.
