Grow & Protect™

Be Seen. Be Heard.
Be Protected.

Grow & Protect — the Redefine Logic Media system

Visibility without security is exposure. Security without visibility is obscurity. Redefine Logic builds both — for the small businesses, nonprofits and co-ops that hold communities together.

The Redefine Logic peacock, mark and lion

The peacock is visibility — being seen, being heard, being chosen. The lion is protection — what guards the thing you built. The mark between them is the system that holds both together.

Growth without protection creates gaps.
Protection without growth creates stagnation.

Every new campaign, vendor, tool and hire creates opportunity — and surface area. Most agencies sell you one side of that trade. We work both.

Grow

Get found by the right people, turn attention into customers, and build momentum you can actually measure.

Protect

Practical security hygiene for organizations without a security team. No fear, no jargon — the fundamentals, done properly.

Empower

We hand it back. Training, documentation and systems your team owns — so you are not renting your own capability.

Grow

Get found. Get chosen.

The fundamentals still work — they are just no longer the whole job. Search is increasingly answered rather than listed, and the organizations being quoted back to buyers by an AI are the ones who built for it early.

Foundations

For any organization that needs to be found and chosen WHERE EVERY ENGAGEMENT STARTS
SEO & SEMSearch strategy that lifts organic rankings and pairs them with paid placement, so you own the result page rather than renting a corner of it.
Paid MediaCampaigns built around what makes you different, with spend managed for return rather than impressions. Clicks are the beginning of the job, not the end of it.
Social & GrowthSocial management fused with growth tactics — building a distinct identity in your market instead of posting into the void on a schedule.
Content, Video & FilmExperienced writers and original production — conversion-focused copy and video that sounds and looks like you, not like a template.
Websites That ConvertThe one asset no platform can take away, built so your own team can update it without a ticket — the only reason sites ever stay current.
Conversion & MeasurementAnalytics, tracking and testing wired in from the start, so every decision after launch is evidence rather than opinion.

Future-Forward Digital Growth Marketing

For organizations that need to be found by machines, not just people THE NEXT SEARCH LAYER

AI Training & Automation

Not replacing your people — freeing them. We train your team on the tools they will actually use, then automate the repetitive middle: intake, quoting, follow-up, reporting.

AEO — Answer Engine Optimization

Buyers ask a question and get an answer, not ten blue links. We structure your content so you are the source that answer is built from — real questions, direct answers, schema and entity signals.

GEO — Generative Engine Optimization

Showing up inside what ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot and AI Overviews actually generate, by earning the third-party mentions and consistent facts they draw on. We also monitor what they currently say about you.

AI-Generated Video & Commercials

Broadcast-quality spots, explainers and social cuts at a fraction of a traditional shoot, with a director’s eye on the brief. Built for testing twelve variants, not producing one expensive hero film.

Influencer & Affiliate Marketing

Recommendations from voices your buyers already trust, on a pay-for-performance basis. We handle partner matching, agreements, tracking and disclosure compliance through our partner network.

Visibility Monitoring

Most organizations have never once checked what an AI says about them. We baseline it, watch it, and tell you when the answer changes — because it will.

An honest word on the new half

Foundations are settled practice — we have run them for a decade and we know what they return. AEO and GEO are genuinely new, and anyone claiming a fixed playbook for them is selling you one. What we will do is build the structure these systems demonstrably reward, measure what happens, and tell you plainly when something is not working. The fundamentals fund the experiments, not the other way round.

For nonprofits & charities

$10,000 a month in Google advertising. Free.

The Google Ad Grant gives every qualified nonprofit $10,000 per month in search advertising at no cost. Most either never claim it or lose it to compliance rules within a year. We handle qualification, build the campaigns, and keep the account inside the policy so the funding keeps flowing.

Protect

Start where you are.
Go as deep as you need.

Most organizations get breached through something ordinary — a reused password, a convincing invoice, a laptop nobody updated. Some also need to know they would hold up against someone genuinely trying. We cover both, and we will tell you honestly which one you actually need.

Foundations

For nonprofits, co-ops and growing small businesses MOST ORGANIZATIONS START HERE
Digital HygieneTwo-step login, password management, device updates and the handful of settings that stop most attacks before they start.
Email Fraud & Invoice ScamsProtection against the fake-invoice and changed-bank-details attack — known as business email compromise, and the way small organizations most often lose real money.
Incident Reporting & Response PlanA written plan for the bad morning: who to call, what to shut off, what to say to your clients, funders or board, and in what order.
Backup & Recovery TestingConfirming a backup exists, sits somewhere ransomware cannot reach, and has actually been restored from at least once.
Access & Offboarding ControlKnowing who can reach what, and making sure access actually ends the day someone leaves. Shared passwords included.
Staff Awareness TrainingShort, practical sessions for your team — no fear tactics, just what the real attempts look like and what to do when one lands.

Advanced Security

For technical teams, IP-heavy and enterprise-contracted businesses DELIVERED WITH SPECIALIST PARTNERS

Red Team & Adversary Simulation

Objective-based emulation of a real threat actor against people, process and technology — measuring whether you detect and respond, not just whether a vulnerability exists. Purple-team mode runs it alongside your defenders.

Penetration Testing

Scoped assessment across external and internal network, web and mobile applications, cloud configuration and API surface — with severity-ranked findings, reproduction steps and remediation retest included.

EDR / XDR & Managed Detection

Endpoint and extended detection deployed, tuned and monitored across endpoint, identity, email and cloud telemetry. Tuning is the part that matters — an untuned rollout just produces alerts nobody triages.

IP & Data Protection

Source code, designs, models and trade secrets: data loss prevention, egress and exfiltration control, insider-risk monitoring, and access governance over the systems holding what your business is actually worth.

Compliance & Audit Readiness

SOC 2 and ISO 27001 groundwork — control mapping, policy, evidence collection and gap remediation. Usually driven by a procurement team on the other side of a contract you want to win.

Third-Party & Supply Chain Risk

Every vendor you onboard inherits part of your attack surface. We assess what suppliers and integrations can actually reach, and what your exposure looks like when one of them is the one breached.

How this actually works

Foundations we deliver directly. Advanced work — offensive testing, EDR/XDR, DLP — runs through vetted specialist partners, where we scope the engagement, hold the relationship and translate findings into decisions your leadership can act on. We are vendor-neutral: no licences resold, no incentive to recommend whichever tool pays us most. Engagements range from a one-off assessment to an ongoing security program on monthly retainer.

Build & Scale

The systems underneath.

Websites, automation and AI tooling built so growth does not quietly become technical debt — or a new way to get breached.

Web & Application Development

Sites and tools built to be maintained by you, on infrastructure you own, with the security basics handled before launch rather than after an incident.

AI & Workflow Automation SOON

AI-driven tooling for the admin work that eats your week — follow-ups, reporting, intake. Built to reduce effort without handing over control.

Inclusive Technology SOON

Accessibility and inclusion treated as build requirements, not an afterthought — so the communities you serve can actually use what we make.

Training & Handover

Documentation and training so your team can run it. The goal is your independence, which is a strange thing for an agency to sell and the reason clients stay.

Where both halves meet

The Secured Visibility Framework™

Growth and risk follow the same curve. Every channel making you easier to find also makes you easier to reach, and most organizations develop one side without ever addressing the other. The distance between them is the gap, and the damage occurs there.

Visibility — how findable and reachable you have becomeGrowing
Search, ads, social, partnerships, AI answers
Protection — what defends the surface that growth createdUsually flat
Where most sit
The gap

Read it this way: a nonprofit tripling its search visibility has tripled the number of people able to find it, including whoever is sending a convincing invoice. Growth did not create the risk. Growth revealed it, then multiplied it. The ratio between the two bars is the figure worth watching, rather than either bar alone.

Worked scenario — a dental practice

Four years. Four times the size.
None of the foundation.

A dentist opens a modest practice. Two years in, a new development brings five hundred families within a ten‑minute drive, and the chairs fill. The owner hires an associate, a hygienist and front‑desk staff at pace, because the demand is already sitting in the waiting room. Supplies, scheduling, vendor accounts, payroll and compliance all land on one newly appointed office manager who has never run a practice before.

By every available measure the practice is succeeding. Revenue has quadrupled. Nothing has gone wrong. The gap reaches its widest point precisely then, because nobody pauses a practice that is working.

What growth outran

  • A single channel, and the practice does not own it. Every new patient arrives through referral or proximity — demand the practice never built and cannot switch back on.
  • No owned demand. No search presence, no recall system, nothing to activate once the development finishes selling and the novelty fades.
  • Capacity consumed by paperwork. Administration absorbing staff hours automation could handle, so the practice buys chairs and then staffs them to perform data entry.
  • No view of how the market sees it. Four times the patients, and still no measure of how the practice is found, compared or chosen.

What protection never caught

  • End‑of‑life hardware holding patient records. Consumer‑grade software in a practice acting as a health information custodian under Ontario’s PHIPA, where a single‑site office carries the same core safeguard duties as a hospital.
  • Nobody trained to recognize a fraudulent invoice. Four times the suppliers, four times the payment requests, and no second pair of eyes on any of them.
  • An identity anyone can borrow. Nothing prevents a lookalike free email address from invoicing patients in the practice’s name, for treatment the practice genuinely provided.
  • Compliance without a compliance function. Assigned to a new office manager with no security training, no written policy and no budget line.

How it surfaces

It surfaces in one of two ways, and rarely in both at once.

The referrals thin out. The development finishes, word‑of‑mouth plateaus, and no owned channel exists to fall back on. Quiet months arrive with no lever available to pull, because none was ever built.

Or something forces the pause. A fraudulent supplier invoice clears. A patient telephones asking why their deposit reached an account belonging to someone else. A practice running at full speed then treats the interruption as an attack on its momentum, rather than as the warning it needed two years earlier.

Both bars had been falling behind the entire time. Neither is visible from inside the growth, which is why we measure them rather than wait to be told.

1

Baseline

Measure both sides before altering either: where you are genuinely visible, where you are genuinely exposed, and how far apart the two have drifted.

You getYour current ratio, and the three factors widening it fastest.
2

Sequence

Decide the order. Not everything at once, and not the easiest item first, but the binding constraint first. Occasionally that means pausing growth work until protection catches up.

You getA ranked plan carrying an owner and a date against every item.
3

Close

Build the growth and the protection together, scoped as work with a defined end. The gap narrows while visibility continues climbing, rather than after it stops.

You getDelivered work, and the ratio re-measured against your starting point.
4

Hold

The ratio drifts, because growth keeps reopening the gap. A new channel, a new hire, a new tool, a new exposure. Few organizations budget for this stage and every one of them needs it.

You getQuarterly re-measurement, and a report a non-technical board can read.

Grow.  ·  Protect.  ·  Repeat.

You are welcome to engage us for one side alone. Many clients do, whether marketing or cybersecurity, and that work stands on its own merits. We are content to stay in our lane.

Our model, however, is to work on both at once, because a gap closes only when both bars move. Everything above this line — the campaigns, the builds, the hardening, the training — is how the ratio gets shifted.
